Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RDWD, a product of NVWL LLC, a Nebraska limited liability company ("NVWL," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using RDWD, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use RDWD. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

RDWD uses passwordless sign-in — a one-time code sent to your email. You're responsible for maintaining access to the email account you sign in with, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your content

You retain all ownership rights to the notes, text, and other content you create in RDWD ("Your Content"). We don't claim ownership over it.

By using the service, you grant NVWL a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content back to you, solely for the purpose of operating RDWD. We do not use Your Content to train AI models, and we do not access it except as reasonably necessary to provide support you've requested, maintain the service, or comply with the law.

You're responsible for Your Content. Don't use RDWD to store or share anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use RDWD for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service
Use the service to store or transmit malware or other harmful code

5. Service availability

RDWD is currently offered free of charge. We may introduce paid plans or additional features in the future; if so, we'll update these Terms and communicate the change before it takes effect for existing users.

We aim to keep RDWD available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

RDWD is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVWL LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of, or inability to use, RDWD — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim (which, for most users of a free service, is zero).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8. Termination

You may stop using RDWD and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us (see Section 11). We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you've violated these Terms, or as needed to protect the service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
